Ahad is passionate about ensuring all projects get delivered on time and in the budget, irrespective of the nature, size and complexity. With more than 9 years of experience of Project Management, Business Development and Engineering, Ahad has helped public, private and development sector organizations in setting up project management offices for increasing probability of success. He has a basic degree in mechanical engineering and master’s degree in project management. Additionally, he holds international certifications in project management (PMP, USA and PRINCE2 Practitioner, UK) and supply chain management certification from UN International Trade Center. In addition to being a proficient project manager, he is also a trainer in this subject. Having had several years of experience in construction and renewable energy sector, recently, Ahad has been involved in policy level research and advocacy with Sustainable Development Policy Institute on the subjects of social enterprise, taxation reforms, energy and public-private interaction in Pakistan. Additionally, Ahad teaches Masters level classes at Bahria University. His primary focus nowadays is to advocate social enterprises at the government level for optimizing the ease and cost of starting and doing business in Pakistan.
